When I was 14 I started taking pictures with a Pentax Spotmatic camera, and Polaroid land camera.
This new and exciting hobby eventually evolved. I began seeing the world from different perspectives,angles, in abstract.
Through my minds eye I would visualize the frozen moment in time and capture that moment on film.
I became fascinated with how a moment captured on film can become a powerful singular statement.
I am adept at creating images in the classic purity of Black and White, or vivid color.

Who am I ? I began shooting with color and B&W 35mm film in 1975. I have worked in and managed professional photo labs that processed film for pro photographers. I have also hand printed professional black & White and color prints.
A very experienced photographer in fine art, portrait, and landscape photography with a creative vision. Recently I am exploring the world of macro photography.
What do I do? I capture emotionally honest images that are conceptual in nature, and with very little manipulation in photoshop and natural light as my only light source. I am experienced in the use of professional strobe lights and portable flash and will use them in studio shoot and portraits that need consistent images.
I explore new ways of capturing images that is critical to a successful shoot.
